Dear All, We have set out three dates for submission mainly for Unit Grad Book , Guest invitation card as well as Sponsorship letters . Unit Grad Book - we have split up the book into section of covers and back, Inserts, Student work, Content Page and MISC. Each Sections to be coming up with 2 final drafts of the layout, colour codes, designs with explaination. This will be revised on the following meeting. We have also taken into consideration of previous submissions of the grad book sections and will be revised and used in the grad book. So many thanks for the hard work of everyone . Thus the deadline for the sections submission to be in by Wednesday 28th JAN 1 PM Guest Invitation - Lin Liang we will need the 2 final drafts of the invitation card. Editable format preferred. By Monday 19th Jan 1 PM. Sponsorship Letters - Denise and Kohmei we will need the sponsorship letter to be drafted ASAP , any materials you will need from the class , just reply to this email wih the request and thus will be forwarded to respective individuals or class. Deadline to be in by Tuesday 20th Jan 1 PM. We urged everyone to post a reply to the blog at www.unit2009.blogspot.com on the tagboard on the acknowlegement of this email. IF anyone has any question you wish to ask about e.g. UNIT THEME, ROLES, DEADLINES please reply to this email. We will send out sms to everyone who is concerned in this email. So there will be no room for inactivity of individuals and excuse. We look forward to everyone's submission by the dates stated.
