Hey mates,


It's getting nearer to the big thing. Every single detail is piling up and all of us need to help out in order for the event to work. Hoping that everyone cooperates to finish the grad book asap so we can sent them to the printers. =)


F.Y.I : 1.5 months is needed for the printing + QC


There's a whole bunch of dates we need to fill in with you guys (what's going to happen). It's probably gonna make you all lift the computer mouse and bang your head, but well, it's the cold hard fact that it's happening this fast.


Ongoing - Consolidation of personal web pages


19 Jan 09 (Monday)
1. The Creative Team would finalize ideas on the grad book's outlook and pages and everything that has to go with it.


2. CNY Fund raising (liping) - Do help her out.


*Do start thinking what 2 products you want to appear in the Grad book, Start preparing already, requirements are almost equivalent to what you handed in for the web. If possible, discuss it with your supervisor as well.
Get the images ready in high quality. We don't want the 'pixel eyesore' to happen, unless you want to for you own page. It's your page on hundreds of books. Think about it.


20 Jan 09 (Tuesday)


1. The Creative team would be drafting out individual page layouts / the whole book. (attached file on The Creative Team roles and responsibilities)


2. CNY Fund raising (liping) - Do help her out.


21 Jan 09 (Wednesday)


1. As voiced out by Michael Gan. EVERYONE should hopefully be in school to 'show face' or help out with other teams (video team led by Fal needs things to be worked out asap too)


2. The Creative Team will be proposing the finalize ideas for the grad book to Michael Gan and everyone who should be present, there will be other announcements for other areas like exhibition layout and everything you need to know for Unit 09.
(It is also a good session where you all could give feedback and getting yourself involved if you feel you are being assigned to do nothing.)


22 Jan 09 (Thursday)


1. Consultation on your Grad book page.
Consolidation of the 2 chosen product images for each student (final) at 6 stations.


Time slots would be given to everyone to fulfill (see below), if you are impossible to make it at the time given, please at least still get to school by 4pm after having valid reasons on not making the time slot. (Not coming down loosely means, 'I don't bother being in the Grad book'. It is your responsibility.)
The earlier you are done with it, one less stone in the bucket. Put first things first. Ain't that a good thing? =)
